Built in 1907, this palace became an iconic element by the hand of ceramist Luigi Fabris who created the particular facing with majolica tiles, giving the island a unique example of Art Nouveau style.

Microdevice entered this context through advanced Building Automation technologies, which offer the facility a total control of multiple activities and the customer the satisfaction of experiencing moments of relaxation and prestige in a unique atmosphere.
The solution chosen fell on the Blue Wave White line (Designed by Simone Micheli Architect), conceived and created with a new look and electronics consisting of microprocessors of the latest generation, to express to the maximum the functionality and stability required by the customer.
H-Supervisor by Microdevice is a unique system for centralised supervision, with real-time control of the entire facility and the ability of extreme customisation, thus responding to the specific needs of the hotelier.
Microdevice does not only offer Hungaria specific products for hotel room management but manages a wide range of BMS functions, among which:
- The complete temperature regulation, via thermostat panel and probes, in rooms and common areas;
- Access management with the use of a reader that identifies and discriminates cards, interfaced with Dormakaba;
- 360-degree control of thermal-electric power plants (sanitary water and air-conditioning).
