The “Work With Us” form, accessible via a link on the “Contacts” page and the footer of the home page, allows you to enter personal information, including uploading a presentation and CV, in order to be subject to an initial assessment on the basis of the information provided with respect to the declared area of interest and, if necessary, to be contacted by email or telephone. The completed form is forwarded by the system to the address of the Human Resources Department.
The data provided will be stored in digital form on email systems for the purpose of:

The application will then be taken into consideration for the next 24 months before being eliminated.
USE OF DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER VIA THE “MORE INFORMATION” FORM
The “More Information” form, accessible through various pages on the Website, allows you to enter personal information, including uploading a project in PDF format, in order to contact and be contacted by the Sales Department.
The data provided will be stored in digital form on email systems for the purpose of:
– Requests for access;
– Responding to requests;
– Sending digital communications.
The same form includes the option to subscribe to Microdevice’s commercial mailing list by checking the appropriate box.
The data will be retained by the Sales Department until a request to unsubscribe from subsequent communications is received.
USE OF DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER VIA THE FORM IN THE “RESERVED AREA” AND SUBSEQUENT ACCESSES
Access to the Reserved Area is via a link located in the footer of the home page.
The requested data is indispensable for identifying who will be authorised to access and allow subsequent access.
Activities performed in the area during navigation are stored. This information is retained for 12 months then deleted.
OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide personal data through the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this Website or through the completion and sending of the electronic forms already provided. If the User wishes to receive the requested service, at least the mandatory data must be provided.
